AOS - no receipt yet - 6 weeks...
Hi Everyone!
I am posting again as I am still waiting to receive the initial receipts from USCIS for my marriage based AOS filing. Per lawyer, the filing should have been received by USCIS on about August 8. No tracking number to confirm that filing was ever successfully delivered. Checks have not been cashed either. Lawyer says a lot of her cases recently have taken same amount of time for receipts to arrive - approximately 7 weeks!
What do you guys think about that?
At what point do you think I should deem the filing lost in the mail and re-file? 7-8 weeks?
