AOS I-485 No Biometric Apoointment after 2 months
Hello everyone thank you all so much for the wonderful forum. i just want to know if anyone else is is the situation as i am in.
Marriage based AOS
PO date July 5,2016
Online status says on July 09,2016 Fingerprint fee accepted for I-485 for AOS receipt number MSC.Our National Benefits Center Location is working on your case.
I still have not received bio-metric appointment. My lawyer did service request on August 25,2016 and he was informed that we should hear from immigration in approximately 15 days.After waiting for more then 15 days my layer contacted the immigration on Sep 15,2016 to check the status on request he was told that service request would take 15 to 30 days to have a response so as of Sep 27,2016 i still have not received my bio-metric letter.i really don't know what do now.
