Working Unlawfully
So my wife has been working unlawfully the past five years. She has filled taxes every year, we recently got married and we are now applying for AOS. Does any one know if this could become a problem in the process? She has no criminal back ground. Once and if we receive her work permit before the interview, could she just update her employer?
