I485 Newark, NJ , Adjusting based on F2B from F-1
Hi everyone,
I have filed I-485 and I-765 AOS on Feb 28. I was under immigration petition by my father under F2B category. Now I am here as F1 student. So got lucky they have introduced a new Adjustment of status schedule in US visa bulletin since October 2015
My Priority Date for F2B is Feb 2010 which is current in October visa bulletin.
July 17: Received EAD and AP combo
Nothing since then. CASE STATUS shows : Fingerprint Fee was received (Showing the same thing since April 1st)
Anyone on the same boat ? Getting so worried about this stuffs. Anyone have any idea when can i expect a interview ?
