My PD is June 17, 2015. I had my interview on September 8, 2016.
The first question I got if I had any criminal record. I have never had problems with law. During the interview the same question came up. At the end IO asked me when was last time I did finger prints. I replied that I did it more than a year ago at bio. appointment.
IO said he needs 30 to 60 days before he can make a decision.
I still have no update, my I-30 did not get approved.
I remember than when I was doing finger printing the lady gave me hard time for no reason. Is it possible that my finger prints were not sent for background check? Did anybody waited for so long?
