First time H-1B and H4 Stamping in Canada with PR visa
Hi folks,
My wife recently got her H1-B approved along with H-4 for me. We are residing in US now on her OPT, which will be invalid as her H1-B will be effective from 1 October, 2016.
Meanwhile, I have recently received my Canadian PR visa which will expire next year of May, 2017 and I have to make an entry during this Window period.
We are planning to go to Toronto in December and get our Visa(s) stamped. Is there anyone who is/was in a similar situation like us?
1. Is it okay to get the H-1 and H-4 first time stamping in Canada?
2. Do we get any benefit of choosing available dates as a PR?
3. After scheduling the interview do the H-1 and H-4 candidates face the interview together?
4. Is there any available dates in December, 2016?
