My husband entered the United States Legally. He was granted TPS which will soon expire.I will file for him i130 and I485 concurrently and I'm wondering if the TPS is not extended what I can do to make sure he doesn't have a lapse while we wait for i130 & I485 are there any other forms to protect him while we wait?
