HI Everyone!
I am SO worried - I still have no receipt, called again today and there is still no record of my filing, lawyer says she mailed all forms to Chicago lockbox on August 10, checks have not been cashed... no evidence that filing was ever received by USCIS either because no tracking number was used with the mailing.
What should I do ??? Please help! Should I just tell lawyer to put a stop payment on checks, and re-file? Should I take matters into my own hands and re-file myself? I need all the advice I can get at this point!!! Thank you...
