Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my timeline because of all the hope I got from reading through the experiences on here. So this is my timeline thus far:
Filed concurrently - i765, i485 and i130
06/16/2016 - Received NOA
06/10/2016 - PD
07/11/2016 - Fingerprint done
08/03/2016 - RFE sent out
08/17/2016 - RFE response received
09/01/2016 - Service Request for EAD card
09/05/2016 - SR response "Under review"
09/06/2016 - "Case ready to be scheduled for interview"
09/19/2016 - Service request for EAD card again
09/19/2016 - Email response saying "Under Review"
09/23/2016 - EAD approved
09/23/2016 - New card is being produced
After 105 days, EAD is approved and is being produced! God is good! Now the waiting game begins for the interview date.
P.S. Called USCIS twice. Spoke to a Tier 2 worker the second time (September 19th, 2016) and She said the delay was due to the election period. All the best!
