Hi all, this is my timeline
Received June 17
Receipt date June 22
RFE for i485 August 1
Received August 17(even tho I overnight it, they "received it" 4 days after.)
On day 75 did first service request online and mentioned on the description I got a jo b offer
Sep1 replied asking for job offer letter
Sept 8 faxed over job offer
Day90 contacted congressman due to no reply on my expedite.
Congressman said uscis says to wait 2 weeks
I'm in day 101 and requested last night another service request cause I haven't heard anything on my expedite.
Got an email saying
Your Form I-765 will be processed within 90 days of the receipt of the requested evidence.(aug 17*)
However, got a mail for first service request in the mail dated sept 15, but mailed/stamped on 21---
saying your case is under review you should receive a decision or optics of action shortly..... So which one it is....?
I hope this don't take 90 days
