So I'm filing an i130 for my husband and we wanted to do concurrent filing i485, however now, he needs the varicella shot which come in two dosages of two shots which spreads out to 4 weeks.. I'm debating whether or not I should send whatI have and not include i485 totally or not include the medical letter until he completes his shots then submit everything together? I'm more in a hurry to submit the information ebcause his tps expires in March.. so is it worth just sending the i130 to get things initiatied then submitting the rest ? or what to do.. =/ help please
