My PD is July 5th 2016
NOA 1 on July 12th 2016
RFIE on August 13th 2016
Received RFIE on August 18th 2016 " it was about the affidavite of support"
Sent My response on August 23rd 2016
They updated online they received my response on August 26th 2016
On September 12th 2016 my case status changed to case is ready for interview.
I did a SERVICE REQUEST for my EAD after 75 days and they said it is under review and I should hear something shortly.
Until now, my EAD and AP show case was received on July 5th 2016.its almost 90 days
Once again,my local office is Houston.Does that have something to do with my case since Houston office is really slow.
Any Input is appreciated.
