Just got our green cards.
It took us 14 months from PERM job ad posting date to receiving GC:
* 11 months for PERM (case went through audit phase)
* 1 month to prepare USCIS docs: Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker, Employment Authorization Document, Travel Document, AOS
* 2 months for all petitions to process in NSC
We paid for I-140 premium processing and filed concurrently.
At that time NSC had ~4 months for I-140 waiting time and ~6 months for I-485.
Somehow all our cases went through in less than 2 months.
Things we could have done better (if only we knew about them)
* complete GC medical exam and vaccination in advance
* try to do fingerprints earlier as a walk-in without waiting for exact appointment date and time
* submit G-1145 (E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance) to receive our case ## earlier
