My application is at MO. They received my package on July 1st. Biometrics was on time. I put in a SR on day 76 for my EAD (Sept 19). I got an email confirmation on Sept 21 saying that they are processing it and I should receive a notice of action soon. But I have not heard anything since. Today is the 94th day! I am so frustrated. I'm on leave from my job to wait for this and it's affecting our finance so badly. My boss keep asking when I am coming back bc they are making changes at work and they need me...
Should I call and put in an expedite request/ 2nd SR? Will that overlap my first request or just prolong the process? Does anyone know? My husband and I are also preparing to contact our congressman. Would really appreciate any advice!
