i-765, No response from USCIS
Hi All,
I have applied for EAD. I am here on L2 VISA.
My timeline,
>> USCIS Received i-765 on 28th July 2016.
>> USCIS receipt on 1st October 2016.
It has been 70 days now, and still there is no update online beside “received your application”. I have also called USCIS but they said me to wait till 75 days, since application received.
I am here on leave from my office in India and they are ready to offer me a job here. But they are asking for EAD card for any further progress in joining formalities. I need the card before 1st Nov 2016 or else I have return to India and join there.
Can anyone suggest me what to do, so that I can have the EAD.
