how long to get an interview?
Hi Everyone,
I'm still waiting to get an interview notice. since May 12 and nothing has change for my I-485. My wife is dependent and I'm the primary applicant. Here is Time line:
EB-2 Rest of the world Nebraska Service Center
June 9 2015 - PREM applied
Dec 23 2015 PERM Approved
Jan (end of Jan) 2016 Applied I140 Perminum
Fed 2016 I140 recieved and aaproved
April 29 2016 - I-485 Filed
May 3 2016 - received by USCIS
May 12 2016 - sent from USCIS
May 12 2016 - Fingerprint fees recieved and accepted
May 17 2016 - Received by mail
June 3 2016 - Received Fingerprint notice
June 14 2016 - Fingerprint appointment completed
June 17 2016 - Wife card delivered EAD/AP
June 20 2016 - card delivered EAD/AP
My questions are:
1. Am I still in normal timing? Should I send a Service Request?
2. What is my PD ?
from USCIS says its the day DOL accept the case which is June 9 2015. however, when I called USCIS Toll Free, they told me its May 2016! So, I'm really confused about that part.
Any input is much appreciated.
