Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hello everyone, I have always been looking for this website since 5 years ago. It's a useful site regarding the immigration process. I have had AOS interview last 2 weeks on Sep. 28. 2016. My priority date is May 18, 2016 (marriage-based). During the interview, we were asked just a simple questions of what have listed in the documents. However, before the interview started, the IO was very nice and kind to us and she said she apologize because she could not make any decision today. She has to ask her supervisor to make a review. Then she processed asking the questions. It's about 30 minutes long. At the end, she asks us if we have any joint documents together. I handed her our joint bank, lease, gas bill, internet bill, car registration and car insurance that are all under me and my wife's name. My wife also handed her several pictures. She said everything looks good now. She just proceed coping my driver license and then ask us to wait for a decision. I know the fact that not all interview is approved on spot. It's just that I am nervously waiting because it has been two weeks so far and no update on the website. Has anyone experienced this kind of situation before? (esp. those who used to apply in LA office). Appreciate your comments. I pray to god everyday hoping to get an approval letter.
