I-693 validity question
Hi. I have a question on the validity period of I-693 immigration medical examination.
On the USCIS website, it says "USCIS will limit the validity period for all Forms I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, to one year FROM THE DATE OF SUBMISSION TO USCIS"
I had my medical exam done last year, October 5, 2015.
I filed my I-485 on January 15, 2016 and submitted the medical exam result along with it on the same day.
Today is October 13,2016.
Is my previous medical exam still valid because the submission date was January 15, 2016 ?
or is it expired because I had the medical exam done October 5, 2015 ?
Some people say it is expired, and some say it is not.
I am confused.
Please help me.
