Just wanted to comment about my case so you can track when you might be schedule because I know that it has been a long wait. To us was 12 MONTHS in total.
I am a F1 student status t married to a US citizen.

Interview was finally scheduled today for November 17, 2016
Wish us good luck and also good luck to every body that still waiting, please have patience and do not desperate.
Please if anybody that already went to the interview in Houston can share their experience I would appreciate it ( I would also like to know some examples of the YES and NO questions that they usually ask)
