Hello! i really need some opinions
I-485 ( married to US Citizen)
PD is june/20/2016
Received RFE 2 months ago:
- To Correct the letter of employment of my spouse = DONE
- PayStubs = DONE
- my Spouse's tax for 2015 = DONE
- Your Co-sponsor failed, fine a new co-sponsor = I can't find a new Co-sponsor!
My question is if my spouse had been working since 5 months and now earning more than 125% the poverty guideline but last year 2015 her earnings were too low.. are they going to deny my AOS if i don't provide Co-sponsor ( i called them they said to explain on cover letter no comment ) ? I won't be able to find a new Co-Sponsor
