3 Oct 2016: Forms I-130, I-485, I-765 sent to Chicago Lockbox along with Form G-1145
5 Oct 2016: Packet arrived at Chicago Lockbox and signed for by J.CHYBA at 10:26 AM
20 Oct 2016: Messages and e-mails received at 12:30 AM informing that case was received and National Benefits Center is working on it.
