Waiting is the key and my experience
Hi Everyone,
I am following this forum more than 7 months and thanks a lot for your sharing so my case was approved yesterday and wait for my conditional GC coming around 2-4 weeks.
Here is my timeline:
April 01: Case received
May 11: Biometrics Fingerprint
May 23: Case is ready for an interview
July 18: Approved I-756, I-131
July 21: EAD was mailed
July 25: Received Combo EAD
July 29: Ready for an interview ( Update)
Sep 21: Schedule on Oct 24
Oct 24: Case was approved
I am so happy because I can get what I expect from waiting. I did not make any calls to push my case.
The IO was so nice and friendly. He asked my wife's citizen status. How we meet? How to develop our relationship. He asked most of information that we filed in the form and our joint docs. He asked if we want kids at the moment. He asked our jobs, our vacation, our wedding.; then he looked at the photos. We gave him 6 photos after he copied our docs. He asked us to describe our house, and ask numbers of members in our family. We answered and talked to him like we are friends. After he copied our docs, he told our case was approved with conditional GC and I should receive it from 2-4 weeks.
