EAD case timeline - Case Approved to EAD Card
I just started following this forum couple days ago. My case with approved on 10/11/16 but there was no change in status until today. Just wanted to share my experience as I see a lot of people are eagerly waiting just like me.
08/03/16 - Case received by USCIS
08/11/16 - Called USCIS Tier 2 service to expedite
08/18/16 - USCIS sent response to expedite request. Asked to fax supporting documents to Fax # provided
09/01/16 - Biometrics appointment. Also faxed offer letter
09/07/16 - USCIS “On September 7, 2016, we sent a response to your request to have your case expedited, referral number WKD **** *”. Never received any response. Also I was not able to look up case online
10/04/16 - Called USCIS Tier 2 service as until now I was not able to look up my case with the Receipt #. Office said my case was with an immigration officer and I should have my card soon
10/07/16 - System finally updated and I was able to look up my case with Receipt #. Also status changed to “New card is being produced”
10/11/16 - Status changed to “Your case was approved”
10/13/16 - Received Approval notice in mail
10/25/16 - Status changed to “Card was Mailed to Me”
My service center is Missouri, KY
