It's been almost 12 months of filing my concurrent I-485 and I-130
Hello everyone,
This forum has been so helpful and I really needs assistance from experience people out there. My PD is November 5th 2015, on December 9th 2015 my case was ready to be schedule for an interview, however till this very minute, I have not received the interview notice, nor is has the online status updated. I check uscis processing time frame online, it was updated that they had worked on the filer of November 18th,2015, am surprised, how come could have jumped me and had the November 18th treated and I that my PD is November 5th is not treated . My next month, its going to be complete one year I filed and yet, no interview notice talk less of interview.
Could someone enlighten me please? what could be the issue, I mean, people go to interview and waited for a response, they never sent me an interview notice, the online never been updated, I made a request of service, they gave me 15days to wait. Am truly at a cross road and don't know wthat's going on. I need help please, my field office is Houstonm TX.
