3 months after I-485 interview and still no answer
I had my interview in Atlanta,GA for my I-485 on July 28, 2016. The officer told us to just wait for a response. She handed us a piece of paper which pretty much said our case needed further review. I've been married for 4 years now and we have an 8 year old daughter together. Our only problem was that we didn't have many bills with both of our names. It's going to be 3 months on Friday and I still haven't received anything or a request for more evidence.
My priority date is February 22, 2016. I called USCIS and they told me that the Atlanta field office is currently working on cases from Feb. 22 so that I should be hearing something soon. I hope he is correct. Is anyone having the same issue?
