EAD when I-485 AOS RFE review is pending?
Hello friends ,
I came to USA on f-1 visa in 2015 and married to USC in march 2016 and applied for AOS, Priority date 27th July. Due to my address change bio metrics got delayed and completed on OCT 5th. We have got RFE in Sept and responded for it on OCT 7th which is currently under review with USCIS. ( Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received)
My question is I have a employment offer letter (Work starting) from 21th Nov, Is it possible can we can get EAD card even if our RFE is under review? Is there any way i can expedite the process for my EAD? As per our financial situation i need to take up the job.
Any advise or guidance would be greatly appreciated..!
