Why is the interview so quick?
Greetings, all! I have been watching this board for awhile. I really appreciate the time people take to share their experiences.
Our I-485 was received by USCIS on September 12. Biometrics were done in mid-October. Interview is already scheduled for end of November. Jacksonville, FL office.
While it is exciting the interview was scheduled so quickly, I am wondering if it is cause for concern. Our lawyer expected it to be around February at the earliest. Our case is not the most straightforward, so I am wondering if anyone knows if they sometimes schedule interviews quickly because of some sort of red flag? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
