Marriage based AOS
We had our interview last Thursday 10/20 in the Dallas field office. Interview went well and most of the question were to my wife (us citizen). We had plenty of joint documents from bank account to wedding pictures to joint tax returns. The officer was a new one and he said in 30 days, we will receive a decision weather the case will get approved or not or if an RFE will be needed. Has anybody else been in a similar situation in the Dallas field office?
