I got married here, unfortunately unplanned so we went a bit blind into the process. This is our timeline so far:
Jul 5th Application received
Aug 8th Biometrics appointment
Aug 17th Online updated to Ready for Interview
Sep 12th Employment Authorization approved
It's october 29th and nothing has happened regarding the interview. There's an USCIS office in Austin where they take your biometrics but the interview takes place in San Antonio. Does anyone know how long it's taking these days? We are hoping to have everything clear to go home (mine) for new year's.
