Hello,
Here are my dates for the EAD Renewal application -
Oct 3, 2016 - Received EAD receipt notice
Oct 30, 2016 - Still showing same "my case received" status
I'm on unpaid leave of absence from my job from Sep 25, 2016. Had some issues on my visa which delayed my application for EAD renewal so applied very late. But, need it as soon as possible before i lose my job.
Please advise - Will there be biometric appointment for EAD renewal as i did not get any until now? When can i call USCIS and ask for a case inquiry- Will that help in expediting my case (i read in one of the experience about EAD getting approved after case inquiry?).
Please share your experiences from Texas service center if you have any or any experiences that can help me.
