I-765 pending since mid June
Hi,
I filed I-765 (along with I-130,I-131, I-485) on June 13 (that's what receipt says). Since that time, no positive action. Did anybody ever experienced such delays? (My center is MSC).
Timeline:
06/13 - receipt from USCIS
july - fingerprinting
08/30 - send letter to USCIS (90 days is near). Response - "we will reply shortly"
09/16 - made request to USCIS (90 days passed). Response - "we will reply shortly"
10/05 - based on offer and letter from company - filed an expedite
10/18 - since I did not hear anything about first expedite, filed status about expedite. Response - "we will reply shortly on expedite"
current status - "case was received" which is 140 days since receipt.
I had infopass with USCIS mid October, but they were not really helpful. I called their call center multiple times, but did not get anything concrete back.
All comments/feedback is welcomed. :)
