I am on HB1 visa and married a US Citizen in August. I am NE filer.
I applied for family based GC and timeline is
PD 09/06/2016
Biometrics 10/12/2016
I had a few questions
1) When will my EAD/AP card be approved as I see a NY filer PD 08/29/16 was just approved so can I say if no trouble I can EAD by month end?
2) What time frame would I expect an interview?
3) I was told that since I am on a dual intent HB1 visa, my EAD card maybe approved but the card will never be produced as I can work on HB1 visa till whenever I get GC. Is this true?
I am new to the forum and think its an amazing place to support each other, please continue the good work.
