Hello ALL,
Need your help pls.
I am on L2 visa & have applied for EAD. After 1 month i got an RFE to submit 3 months pay slip for spouse.
My husband get Indian salary & monthly per diem from his employer. Do i have to submit the pay slip my husband get from employer in India.
Pls note my husband employer generate some shadow salary for tax purpose. So we are confused what USCIS is looking for.
