I'm planning to get the H1B stamp for the first time in Vancouver. I'm flying from US. I'd appreciate if you guys can answer to the following questions:
1. Do you get an answer if it was successful or not at the end of the interview?
2. Is it possible to schedule an appointment withing a month, lets say for this December?
3. Does a VO ask questions regarding your current status in US and about a lawful presence?
