Case was assigned to an officer for response.
Hey Y'all! , about three weeks ago i raised E- Service Request regarding outside normal processing time..for this who remember.. the sr was assigned to and officer once 3 weeks ago and at the same time was not assigned to an officer.
but last week i have noticed that on 08/11/16 the same SR number was assigned to an officer..
my question is, am i close to adjudication? name check was clear?
i heard once case was assigned mean case ready for adjudication...
and usually i have seen people receiving email confirmations about service request attached but mine is only on case history on the website..
On November 8, 2016, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number SR128 **** ***MSC, was assigned to an officer for response.
why there is no " your inquiry about your case was complete" like everybody else?
