Hey Guys,
Thanks for all the posts that helped me prepare for the interview. I got my visa approved this morning in Ottawa, Canada. Below is my profile and experience for your information.
Masters in USA from ITU (University with a bad track record)
First Time H1B stamping
Full time employee with a product based company
VO: Good Morning, please give me your passport and DS 160.
Me: Given
VO: What do You do?
Me: I work as a XYZ for an ABC company. Should I tell you the roles and responsibilities as well?
VO: Head nod with affirmation
Me: Blah Blah Blah
VO: What does your company do?
Me: Blah Blah Blah
VO: Please verify your finger prints, and your visa has been approved. However due to the holidays coming up, we might not be able to give you the visa this week.
Me: Requested the passport to be returned before the holidays.
That’s it, I hope I get it by Wednesday, else I will have to reschedule my Thursday flight. Shall update the group about the same.
By God’s grace, I got the stamping done. I wish you guys all the luck.
