My PD is Oct 19, 2015
Biometrics Nov 2015
Rfe for birth certificate nov 2015
Ead &Ap approval Dec 3, 2015
Interview. Feb 3 ,2016
Separated at the interview
Notice of intent to deny due to birth certificate march, 2016
Response to NOID april 20, 2016
I involved my senator on September 1, 2016
My senator wrote uscis September 1, 2016
My I 130 approved on September 2, 2016
My I 485 deny due to birth certificate on September 14, 2016
Motion to reopen was file on October 2, 2016
Received by uscis on October 6, 2016
Made a request to expedite on November 1, 2016
I sent the evidence for expedite
I called my senator again to contact uscis and his office did.
My motion to reopen was approved on November 10, 2016.
My I 485 approved the same day
Green card at hand today .
