I have filed I-485 and after receiving an RFE and responding to it. We subsequently got this a few months later.

On November 1, 2016, we transferred your Form I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by December 1, 2016, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Anyone knows when this gets transferred to the NBC office how long it will take, we got this notice on November 1st. I applied for a change of status based on my EB-1 approval more than a year ago now. I applied for both me and wife at the same time.
