Marriage based I-485 processing time at NBC
Happy holiday to you all!, just want to ask anyone who has similar experience with coming to US with a K1 visa, got married, filed AOS in May, went through biometrics, got her EAD/AO combo card. Had one RFE, and currently on status check it shows USCIS received our evidence on June 30, 2016 and NBC staff has started working on the case again. Now here is the question: we were told by our attorney that many previous filers similar to ours did not go through an interviews, and the average wait time was 13 months, and the ones who actually went through an interview got their green cards quicker, anyone can share inputs on this? thanks in advance.
