Initially I mailed my aos package to uscis got acceptance notice and pd I got a biometrics appointment also for 11/28/2016.
My wife wasn't making enough cash so her dad sponsor the affidavit, in the package I mailed his tax papers for this year.
I got a mail from uscis which states
The petitioner/sponsor list their current income on form I 864 as an amount to be considered sufficient; however, no evidence has been submitted as proof of income.
Submit evidence of the petitoner/sponsor's current income. Such evidence should include:
Pay stubs or other document of pay for the previous 6 months
Evidence of other income, such as tax exempt interest, qualified dividends, ira distribution, pension, annuities and social security benefits ( only ssa-1099 and/or ssdi-1099)
Letter of employment containing the following
Dates of employment
Nature of the job
Yearly salary earned
number of hours per week worked
Prospects for future employment and advancement
My questions are
Who are the referring to my wife or her dad?
Does this affect my biometric appointment?
