Hi guys,
i need assistance with my case, is been long time my cases held up with USCIS. I married to my wife in May 2014 at the time of married my wife was green card holder, after gettiing her citizenship we filed my i130 in Oct 2014 and while waiting for long period got interviewed in May 2016. The interview was pretty good, the officer didn't ask so many question just few. may be the reason for asking just few questions because we have daughter (child) common in joint. after one month of the interview we received Notice of Intent to Deny, in that notice the USCIS explained that my divorce was not properly executed. i hired lawyer and submitted all the necessary documents at the end of July 2016 with all evidence and explained everything about divorce procedures of my country. after July 2016 we did not received any update.
Guys i am in really bad situation and stress out its been almost 3 years i am in USA and married to my wife and having everything joint. i also have 3 kids in my country to lookafter.
I Just wanna know how long the USCIS can take more it to approved.
and also at the movement can i also apply for Advance Parole or Not.
Guys your best of information will take me out from this situation and i will be glad to listen from everyone who have the same or slimier situation.
