Visitor Visa - B2

I applied to visit my uncle in America to attend my cousin's weeding party, I'm from Egypt and i work in Qatar so i applied in Qatar.

I went to the embassy in Doha Qatar, I was no. 2 only in the queue,
finished my finger print and waited for my number to show up as the interviewers was not started yet.

Finally they called my number i went straight and the interview goes like that:

VO: Good morning , May you pass your passport and HR letter is you have?
Me: Good morning, Sure here you are

VO: Why you want to go to the United States
Me: To visit my uncle to attend my cousin's wedding party , I have an invitation letter from my uncle you want to see it
VO: Yes please

VO: For how long you been in Qatar
ME: 7 Months

VO: Which counties you visited before
ME: Saudi Arabia , Dubai and Qatar (this is my old passport which has all the old stamps and visas)
VO: No need i believe you

VO: Do you have any bank statement
ME: Yes here you are

ME: I want to attend this wedding it's only once in a life time and he is my relative and friend
VO: Yes understandable

ME: I also issued my driving license and i applied to buy a car from the bank on installments want to see the documents
VO: No need i believe you

he keeps looking for few seconds on all my papers i gave him then to the computer and said
VO: Unfortunately you not qualified this time to get the visa (and he handed me green paper of section 214(b)

ME: what i miss to get the visa should i stay more time in the country
VO: We just need to feel that you already been settled here

ME: Thank you, i took my paper and passport and my papers and i left
