I just wanted to let you know that I finally got the approval last Thursday. I dropped off the New Medical Exam on Wednesday, and also kept my Infopass appointment on Thursday. The IO said to give it time for the info to be linked to my file first. So I was preparing to wait for goodness knows how long, but got a voicemail later that day that it was approved, and to return to the Office for a stamp to enable me travel. I was right there on Friday for the stamp, and today my status changed to case approved. Not sure how long I have to wait for the physical card, but after 14 months going through this process, I am ready to start living again.
I am not even excited. Just drained, and reflective.
