I just filed my i-130 and i-485. I received a text on 12/04 saying they received everything. Here is my concern...
I am a DACA recipient and I did not file for a work permit since I already have one. Did I make a mistake? I also see that my work permit expires in June of next year and as I'm reading, I see a lot of people's paperwork is delayed. Can I file for a work permit later on if my case takes too long?
Anyone with some knowledge?
