Change to DS-160 after scheduling B2 visa appointment
My mom has her B2 visa interview scheduled on 12/14. Just now realized that we have an error in her DS-160. She is a government school teacher but we have selected Primary occupation as “Education” instead of “Government”.
Is it possible to create a new DS-160 and update the visa appointment confirmation? or should we cancel and schedule a new appointment?
Will this affect her chances of getting her visa?
I also read somewhere that teachers shouldn’t mention the subjects they teach. My mom is a Math, English teacher and the same has been mentioned in her DS-160. Should this also be changed?
