Hi All,
Need Help with my case !!
* I have applied for EAD and USCIS received my case on 24th Oct 2016. The status was also updated on the USCIS website as "case was received".
* I received mailbox notice that my case is received and is in process on 26th Oct 2016
* On Nov 30th, 2016 I called on USCIS customer care to get further information about my case.
* Dec 08, 2016 I received a response on my inquiry that "records indicate that on October 26, 2016, we mailed you a rejection notice to the address on file at the time".
I am completely shocked and worried about this email. Though I did not received any rejection lettler through mailbox and also "my case status" still shows case received status. I have further emailed to lockbox support for my case status.
Please help!!
