advance parole (employment purpose)
I've been a beneficiary for DACA since 2012. I arrived to this country in 1986, I haven't been back to Mexico since, I now am 32yrs old. I was very skeptical about applying for advance parole, finally i decided too, I received an opportunity to apply for an employment purpose, for a surgical missionary trip for healthcare personnel. USCIS received my application on 9-12-2016, my trip is scheduled to be 1-6-16 through 1-19-16. I am just a few days under my 90th day since I applied, I so hope to get approved soon, but I am so nervous too. I've been checking status almost everyday, at least 4 times a day no joke! it still says "my case was received". I'm really nervous, my trip is booked everything payed for, can anyone give me some suggestions as to what i can do now? My attorney says I am within the time frame. Would going in to my local USCIS office expedite my process?
