Question on I-765 EAD filing fee
Dear all, I am new on this forum. Now I have to file I-765 EAD separately as I didn't know it when submitted I-130 and I-485. Wish I were on this forum earlier so I wouldn't make the mistake.. Does anyone know whether I need to pay the $380 fee for I-765 or not? I did pay the filing fees for I-130 and I-485 and have the USCIS receipt in form I-797C. Thank you so much for your help!
