Visitor Visa - B2

I am medical doc n got visa approved lwice before. Once in 2006 and then in 2011. Now after expiry , applying for third time. Interview is on 21st December. Doing job in Govt sector and doing own clinic in evening. Have visited US only thrice in last 10 years, and every time for less tha a month. Have siblings in US, one is citizen and one GC holder. Previously wrote that "Other Person" sponsoring trip and when was asked that its about staying n lodging/dining as both have their own residences there. I have only to buy ticket, and VO accepted that. Secondly in past too, I mention actual salary of what I get from "Govt Department" which is NOT above Rs 50K and when was asked that its just salary, otherwise,I earn much high from own practice and was accepted too, so both times visa approved. My query is this time too, in ds-160 I have entered the same replies, Though got I-134 affidavit and have all the documents in hand to show what I do n own.
I am 42 yo male, married have family,kids in Pakistan NOT applying/going with me. Just got skeptic, that whether should I have written replies of above two questions this way.? Did so as I did it in past too. Doing own practice for last 17 yrs here, have visited 10-12 countries including US, UK , Denmark,Norway, France, Thailand, in past and many times.
Plz guide will I be OK in present situation as NOW i cant change replies as form submitted,fee paid n date scheduled.
