I would like to assess, if there is a difference in updating online status with REF sent to the PO Box address or The courier address( Both at NBC Lee's Summit). Is it possible that deliveries via the Courier path are recorded quicker. Please share timeframes, how soon did USCIS update your status from "on......... we sent you RFE" to "we have received your request for REF"(after you a delivered status by a postal services).
